Really proud of that kid. He's a stud - played nearly flawless.
I honestly didn't enjoy the pain on his face at the end.

Could not agree more. Everything that kid had to put up with this week, make his performance even more amazing. Good stuff.

I agree, despite his reason for leaving UGA I hope the kid has a phenomenal career.

Its hard to see any player in pain, no matter how old the player. Except Tebow, that is a different story.

I'm with you...he's a kid that grew up under the shadow of Athens...got there...screwed up (big time) a and lost it all.

To come back and get beat...had to heart wrenching.

Better than the alternative though!

LSU fans have been saying he had improved and they were right. You don't improve like he did without putting in a lot of hard quality work. Hopefully he stays out of trouble and does well.

That look on his face in the end, He really wanted to be in Red and Black. He got the Nations respect.

He did play a great game 3 TD's 0 Int. Murray threw his one game usual gimme pick! This was an emotional game because we all liked him and some (like myself) disagreed with the dismissal. Great win.

GO DAWGS!!

He played a hell of a game. I'm glad he was in agony rather than Murray at the end, but I wish him the best going forward (unless we meet again in ATL).

He played a hell of a game with the crowd in his ears the whole time. Regardless of the outcome of this game, he is going to excel. He'll be playing on Sundays, for sure.

I think Mett will do good at the next level too. He has the perfect size and arm strength

Hill was less than impressive. Gurley was hard-core a buck 50' hill ...not so much

Hill only had 13 more yards than Gurley....of course our line and backers stepped it up on the run defense.

Our secondary....not so much...

Gotta disagree with this one. Hill is very good. Our defense is not real good...BUT, if it has a bright spot, it is that we can stop the inside run. LSU's bread and butter is running the ball inside. That is why we stopped Hill. Had LSU gone outside more, we might have had a very different game. Not sure why they didn't, unless they are not confident in their outside speed...or it just isn't in their DNA. They are a pound the ball up the middle and wear down the defense type team.

Hill will have a great year.
