For multiple reasons.
Senior night and it gets to showcase the team and how they are playing right now.
Fans need it.
You can literally make most any configuration happen with a team that is open to playing. Money is not an issue.

A couple of other possibilities have been floated out per Radi.
Colorado Buffalos and perhaps however opts out of LSU/OM (If anyone)
Radi usually doesnt float BS and has pretty good sources at BM. I heard Kirby on 680 this morning and he wouldn't confirm or deny if they're playing.
Looks like the effort is being made.

Radi said last night he would be surprised if there was a game. So not official, but I wouldn't count on it happening

Why not hold a "Spring Practice" game Saturday or Sunday and ask SECN to carry it.

Not a bad idea and I thought about it with the first cancellation but I'd rather they play a full blown game.
At the very worst bring in Georgia State.Would be must easier logistically as well.
Need to hurry up becauae teams are gonna need some practice reps and Tuesdays are a very important practice

I would prefer to not have to pay $600.00 to see us play a non power 5 team. JMO

They almost killed their program a few years ago. They don't care about football or they would have ponied up for Tucker instead of letting him walk. They don't care enough to make the trip and risk getting Covid.

Last resort if ita between a scrimmage and cancellation. We supposedly have Colorado State as an option as well.
Pickens are slim our there in the P5 world.
