Based on what Im hearing, a certain Ohio State QB was playing for us this year, our complian... I mean he would have opted out due to concerns over the virus. It coild all be talk tho

Are you saying in some hybrid form of English that the prospect of Fields coming back chased off Newman and our compliance staff botched the Fields transfer?

If Fields was our QB, our Compliance team would have found out that he was opting out due to Covid concerns is what I am hearing.
