The team's energy appears to match their opponent. We get up for the big games and sleepwalk through the lessers.
I have more concern opening slowly against Tech than I do the team not preparing adequately for LSU in the SECCG.

None of this team have an SEC championship. Many remember losing to LSU twice. Many remember losing twice in SECCG.
There is no guarantee of playoffs without that win.
If that isn’t motivation then not sure what is.

I disagree about 2 out if 10 on a neutral field.
But I would go 6 out of 10 in baton Rouge.
If our offense can freely communicate at the line of scrimmage, we are elite.

USC - PAC Ten Conf Champ, beat 3 ranked teams in a row, only loss 1 point to ranked team on road.
TCU-Undefeated conf champ.
OSU- Undefeated conf champ
LSU- (if beat UGA), 7 game winning streak, SEC Champ, two top 10 wins..just beat UGA head to head
UGA - just loss to LSU, not SEC champ.
In this scenario, you are saying UGA goes in versus LSU because the other three are certainly in??

you left out the fact that clemson would also be a 12-1 ACC champion.
We'd still have a strong case to make it but people acting like it's a slam dunk are just not facing reality.

Agree.
We might get the look over one of those but both? That’s leaving things to a political body and asking them to say conference champs don’t matter (also a group wanting to make the case for playoffs). This would be the perfect case for them to make example.
To be honest, I take LSU in that case because winning the SEC does mean something and if the situation was reversed, I would think we earned it.
