When he was singing about "Run Lindsay Run" - It brought back memories. I was only 8 at that time and was in the room while family and friends were watching that game and was a little confused as to why everyone was so excited. It took several years later for me to re-watch that game and understand why.

When the know-nothing NPCs were competing to see who could virtue-signal the hardest about cool-guy weed oppression....and claiming that Natrez Patrick should and would play in the Rose Bowl.

Ha ha ha.

IIRC, I lobbied for his participation in the bowl because he hadn't been convicted and he was only a passenger in the car where granules of weed were found in the floorboard. The arrest was administrative, because nobody claimed it.

Then... later and on video, the other guy claimed it, but the a-hole Barrow cop arrested everybody anyway, which is not protocol. It was a straightup dick move by the cop.

Was probably the best thing that could have ever happened to him.

Don't forget that the first test (after his third arrest) only had a positive for weed. They sprung another on him a few days later and this next one came up positive for opiods too. MEaning on top of all this drama after the SECcg, with so much on the line for himself and the team and his career etc etc, he was now adding opiods to the mix.

This dude clearly had some serious issues and was poised to piss everything he'd worked for away..

But, nobody on here wanted the kid to get the help he needed. They didn't want him to get treatment like he did. They wanted it all swept under the rug so he could help Georgia win a fricking football game. Then let this kid go implode afterwards for all they cared.


Anyway, it all worked out for Natrez and UGA, but Congrats to the GSB once again on such predictably shitty instincts. Rinse , repeat. ha ha. Never fails.
