Any award based on internet voting is worthless.

Like when Mountain Dew did internet voting for their new slogan and the winner, by millions of votes, was "Hitler did nothing wrong."

Even worse there website looks like shite. Like early 2000s garbage and the poll is some free poll site. When I go there I question if its even a real award site

I think that’s the perfect website for a college place kicker award

IIRC the winner of the fan vote gets 1 point. There is still an actual selection committee/process that votes as well. This is just 1 vote out of many.

Rodrigo has missed some kicks this year, and the Iowa kicker was money Friday, hitting back to back bombs in the cold to beat Nebraska

He’s winning. By 4,000 votes

Yeah I didn't couldn't change the title. He was winning by nearly 8K yesterday. So the Iowa kicker is closing in.

Now he is.

Hot Rod is winning by less than 1,000 votes.
Like the Democrats say, vote early and vote often.

Fan vote is for a tiebreak. There are 12 people on the selection committee that will each get 1 vote. Fan vote counts as 1, essentially a tiebreaker

He's up about 6,500 votes. When does the voting end?
Posted on 12/6/19 at 4:31 pm to Brick67
Looks like voting ended at midnight last night and Hotrod had most votes. Therefore he will be given one extra vote.
