We really need Eason in there though because sooner or later we may need to pass the ball.

I mean, it was Mizzou...

But Fromm looks really solid. And Wims is a freaking beast. I think he's going to be playing on Sundays.

Right now Fromm is just a gamer.....a game manager...and that's exactly what he needs to be. He has enough support to win the SEC and doesn't have to do it himself...although he probably could

Hard to make a *ton* out of this game, given how *bad* Mizzou's defense is, *but* I will say it was impressive work from Fromm today... Mizzou started out absolutely forcing him to make the plays, and outside of one bad read and an impressive stretch one hand grab from underneath by the defender, he really stepped up. Then Chaney needs some credit as well for shifting the playcalling a bit and taking advantage of Mizzou's inability to set the edge.

Fromm is coming of age mighty fast. That 1 INT led directly to a TD but Garrett made a heck of a play on the interception and Fromm made a gutsy play to tackle him.

Eason threw for 300 on Mizzou, too.

Fromm wanted it, honestly. He was looking to take out the guy that took his pass.

I like it.

Give it up. Eason isn't getting the starting job back, nor should he. It doesn't matter what he did. He often looks lost in the pocket. Fromm never does. His only problem is staring down receivers on occasion, like true freshman are prone to do.

The old "We'll stack the box and make your true freshman quarterback beat us" routine.

So the fact we scored more than that means we are really good, right?

Or should we have scored 216 points tonight?
