I think Beck is just lazy in the pocket and going through the motions.

Anticipate, step aside and throw in a clean passing lane.

He has allowed his boredom to creep into his fundamentals.

I hope you are just joking.

These people are real and have opinions and voice them as indisputable facts.

I mean 3/4 of his tips have been avoidable. Stetson didn't have as much trouble as 6'4 Beck.

Pretty sure those are just facts.

How many has he had? Do you realize how many balls fly over the line that are inches from a linemen’s hands at all level? 2 I can think of were because the lineman was not engaged. Balls get tipped at a much higher percentage when the lineman is not engaged. Sometimes they get them.

I often wonder what happened to stock UGA plays like the toss sweep. We seem to want to prove every week that we can run between the tackles and we JUST CAN'T.
How about a screen pass against an aggressive defensive line?
On Beck, it seems he does worse when rolling out or scrambling than he does in the pocket but he gets nervous and leaves that pocket too early.
I just wonder why other teams make pass plays look so effortless and every UGA catch is contested or the receiver diving or stopping to make a catch.

We have run the power sweep pretty much every game. We also run counter a decent bit. We also run variations of the tunnel screen which is an easier throw and has similar affect to a traditional screen. We also run RPO which stresses a defense more than say a set draw play or traditional screen. When we get behind the sticks due to drops, penalties, busted blocking assignments or missed passes, the options we have decrease on later downs. You can’t look at a 3/4 yard run between the tackles as a wasted play. If the LBs and Safeties are having to worry about being gashed in the middle, it really helps opening up the rest of the game.

If the Dawgs have a decent offensive game w/ limited turnovers I think we all know we can win. I think we will come out w/ some creative runs like jet sweep and reverses. We will try to be conservative w/ run and pass. The problem will be if we get behind like we did vs Ole Miss. At that point, D line will tee off on Beck like Ole Miss did. That Ole Miss game is one of the worst offensive games I've seen since 2016.

Not sure how good the UT backup is but I think Heupel will want to come out aggressive on offense. I think he knows a defensive struggle favors UGA.

Tennessee hasn't given up more than 19 points to anyone. Georgia is foundering like a rudderless ship in a storm. Regardless, the Dawgs have a chance to win at home if Nico doesn't play and all goes right.

Yes agree.

I thought our team played uninspired in the 2nd half. They had opportunities but just about all of their decent drives were hurt with a turnover. If they had held on to the ball, who knows what the outcome could have been.

Overall though there is something missing from this team. Yes, Beck is part of the problem. Is he pressing to make up for lack of talent in the WR ranks? Are the WRs dropping the ball too much? Is our running game suspect? Is our secondary suspect? Maybe a combination of all of the above.

The fact Etienne is banged up is a big issue. He sets the pace and when he is running well it makes it a heck a lot easier on the other facets of the game.

UGA will win the game if UT sacks Beck and prevents him from throwing PICs.
