Purely circumstantial. We cannot see who else is out of frame. We cannot see if the trajectory was indeed in line with the official. We cannot see him catch the ball.
These are facts. Everything else is conjecture. If we’re going to just pretend what happened with no facts or clear evidence...then so be it. But I live in a country where facts and evidence take precedent over wishful thinking and inconconclusive videos. That’s what communists do and by God we’re not communists. God Bless America!
