One of us is going to be wrong. Personally, I'm not going to cry if Trump loses, surprised for sure, but I won't be upset. I will be giddy watching all the melt down on the left though when he does win.

Change your post to the "right", and i'm right there with you. I don't think it'll happen, but I also won't cry if Biden loses.

Wait I thought we wanted athletes staying out of politics?

I'm genuinely curious what makes you think that Biden will win.

Really looking forward to the MAGA tears.

At least once Trump loses the election, he can finally divorce his wife and go back to rating women on the Howard Stern channel.

I am pretty sure she is not a MAGA person.

Nor this one:

You don't see a difference in speaking at a POLITICAL CONVENTION and kneeling on a football field?

I have never watched a Presidential debate. I just think, as a whole, you get nothing but canned responses to predictable questions.

That said, ole Joe can't help himself. He will have a canned response and he just has to go deeper and explain what he just said....and that is where he really gets entertaining. I told my wife we might have to watch the debates this year just to watch him stutter and stammer around and try to walk off the stage with both feet in his mouth.

I was not a Trump fan last election, but I have to admit that he has done much better than I anticipated. I still don't agree with everything he does and says, but he has done a lot of what he said he would do, particularly concerning bad trade deals and deregulation.

What sport does Herschel play?

He is a businessman and celebrity.
Former athlete if you are trying to be descriptive on football, bobsledding, MMA.

If you listened to the DNC convention...if you could stomache it, I get it....and had actually listened to them since 1988, again, not recommended, you would have noticed a significant change in language

That may be but the slow progression of our younger generations towards Marx has driven the DNC so far to the left that if you plucked 1992 Bill Clinton up and inserted him into the 2020 primary, he'd garner about the same support as Tulsi Gabbard did. The DNC is run by con artists that have sold their souls to the far left and George Soros in order to maintain their relevance and power status... anything to get a vote including race pimping, class envy and now manufactured crises they then exploit.

Face it, the Dems are exposed and a thumping is coming in November.

"Cant stop our problems with a closed fist. We need to work on this with an open hand".

Herschel is a damn good speaker.

Yeah. It is a weird thing to be against. Peaceful progress.

Herschel said that the NBA should take this time that they arent playing and meet at the White House to get change. Slogans and emblems dont solve anything. They dont make change. Herschel said that he would stand alongside them in the White House for progress.

Edit to add: herschel said that he encouraged meeting at the White House years ago. The implication is that they arent doing anything to enact change.

The NBA wants to get rid of Trump. They aren't interested in begging to a man who hates them. That's Herschel's thing.

Begging?

Lol

I thought they were protesting for something. Washington is the place where something can become law.

The NBA players are showing everyone about their ideas by showing the lack of any ideas. They just want attention.

That's a trope. A false one at that.

Trump has done more for the black community than Biden has in 47.

I think over the past several weeks and months the left has shown that they aren't interested in peaceful solutions to anything. If you don't fall in line with their ideas and rhetoric they will riot, burn buildings and cars, and beat people. "Get in line or suffer the consequences!" is their new party slogan. The democrats in charge of the cities and MSM have cheered on the looting and rioting then made statements that the chaos is exactly what Trump wants.

They are a very strange group of people.

It reminds me of the terrible twos.

That is exactly how a two year old negotiates to get his/her way.

The parent can enable it. And watch the behavior spread.

Or the parent can be a parent.
"Use your words".
"Clean your room and then watch TV".
"Go to time out and rethink your behavior".

There has been a lot of enabling in democratic cities and corporations. Children are seeing how to confiscate power through tantrums. That is scary for future generations.
