Anyone ever had a Knee-Replacement Surgery? If So,What kinda Rehab does it involve? I dread the Hell outta this, but I'm basically a One-Legged Man Right now in a LOT of Pain.I wouldn't wish this shite on my worst enemy

I am headed down that path. But not there quite yet. Be curious to hear how you end up. I know there are several methods and usually the pain is reduced a lot... Purely anecdotal data...

My dad had it done a while a go. He felt better immediately and the rehab was quick. They have come a long way with this surgery in recent years.

They have come along way with the surgery. Much less invasive now. I have a buddy that had both done at the same time and he is a big ole boy and he did fine.
Get real damn comfortable with your doc and the MATERIALS he is going to use in your knee(s).
Tain't no picnic, but the pain you are currently experiencing will be gone upon your waking from surgery as what is causing your pain will be, well, gone and in the trash. It will be replaced by pain from surgery but that will get better while the other would not.
They will get you up and moving a lot sooner than you may want, but that is for the better.
I don't know if this is your first surgery, but don't underestimate the impact it will have on you. At the end of the day, a person will sedate you into extended unconsciousness, cut you open with a knife, take our your knee and replace it with foreign matter. In this case, that person is called a doctor, but that is what they are doing. Your body is not prepared for that.

I've had both my hips replaced. Discuss a spinal block rather than general anesthesia with your doctor. Much easier on the body.
