Even with the PI, if they don't get the TWO straight illegal substitution penalties right before, they probably still win. That's a bad way to lose a state championship game.

Colquitt drove down and scored with 6 minutes left after North Gwinnett scored and missed their extra point.
N. Gwinnett drove down with 49 seconds left and was around the 50 and had to hail mary on 3rd down. Ended up with 3.3 more seconds and was ready to hail mary again when Colquitt got 2 back to back illegal substitution penalties. So..10 yards closer. They still went hail mary and got a pass interference call on the play with no time left.
Penalty put them close enough to attempt kick...they hit on untimed down and won game.

Hate that a South Georgia team lost but Rush Propst is a clown. I hope he doesn’t win another game. He makes me sick.

I’ve met him and been around him several times and his attitude is horrible. He seems to take pride in being an a-hole. Watching him on TV, he just seems to try to act like a Bud Kilmer. I can’t deny he wins games, but he looks like a complete jackass doing so.

White County...was 25+ years ago and he was a young coach/math teacher at the time, but was an absolute prick to any guy who wasn’t on the football team. Maybe the years between have changed his approach to life, but back then I wouldn’t have pissed on him if he was on fire. He thought an awful lot of himself.
