I only like this because I want everyone to hear how UGA doesn't deserve the place every week.

You know it's weird, I am usually the one annoyed that folks are too optimistic or have us too high but I have been arguing via text for the past 20 min with friends who are and aren't Georgia fans.

Do I think we end in the CFP? Not really. Do I think bama vs uga goes our way? Probably not. Do I think we have the best case at being #4 right now? frick yea we do.

Everyone bitching about South Carolina making it seem likes losses matter more than wins. Our awful loss is arguable one of Alabama's best wins. Until it changes, which it may this weekend, I don't think the complaints are warranted. Utah and Oregon haven't beaten a team of note. Don't frickin start with me on Minnesota, Iowa or Wisconsin will knock them out. PSU doesn't have much more than a win over Michigan.

I think the poll is fair. Bama lost to LSU. And they looked like shite doing it. As I said last year, Tua is overrated. And Bama's secondary is mediocre.

But we need to win the next 3 to stay in it.

As for this weekend, does anyone know a good recipe for war eagle?

That's where you're wrong. Yes, he can throw the ball, yes he's fast but we exposed him last year and he continues to get exposed again this year. He doesn't respond well to pressure.

Check yourself.

Tua played this LSU game after a pretty significant injury. Played against Georgia with another injury last year. All he's done other than that is light it up. You can claim he's mortal, sure, but he's still one of the best 2-3 QBs in the nation.

Also, keep in mind, this was Tua's first regular season loss.

So we disagree. We all have our opinions. He's good but not as good as everyone thinks he is.

My thing with Tua is that when the other team has DBs that can hang athletically with his receivers, his results are mixed at best. It’s not particularly difficult to throw to future NFL receivers blowing by the Arkansas secondary.

That’s awesome, but we’ll be #3 rolling into the playoffs to destroy Clemson in Arizona. Our starters will be resting by halftime, licking their chops at Justin Fields in New Orleans.

I mean when he was healthy he did very well against LSU last year and even when gimpy he's put up good numbers. I get he's throwing to one of the best WR corps in the nation but I cannot come to say he's overrated. I no longer buy into the national narrative that he's a god king but his mobility, arm strength, and accuracy are insane. You gotta get the balls there too, ya know?

I will say the disturbing trend has been the silly ints vs quality teams but, again, he's been gimpy each time (bad ints vs UGA, Clemson, and LSU this year).
