No player shall target and initiate contact vs. opponent with the crown of his helmet.
No player shall target and initiate contact to the head or neck area of a defenseless opponent.
I guess they got Drew under the second prong, because he "initiated contact" to their QBs "neck area."
Total BS though.

Can't say injuries weren't bad but should UGA be THIS BAD due to losing Marshall, Scott-Wesley, Bennett? I mean...shouldn't we have highly touted guys step up?
