I still don’t think he’s the most talented qb on the roster but I was wrong about him leading us to NC and winning. If Kirby plays him, there’s a reason. I’ll support whoever we have back there.

In the months proceeding the NC game, I'm thinking the reality of how good Stet is has finally penetrated the craniums of the naysayers, though few will admit they were wrong, preferring to slink away from the topic instead.

This whole situation is still really head scratching to me. 99% of people that weren't necessarily stetson fans or believers changed their tune as the season went on, and certainly so after 1/10. Olddawgs comments above are shared by pretty much everyone. The amount of people that still hate on the guy and will never give him any respect is probably counted on one hand, and they certainly haven't made a peep since January.

I don’t hate him. He’s a good not great qb. He’s a game manager, he’s a threat to run. He extended some keys drives in the regular season and the playoffs by running. I showed my arse during the natty. It was a tough game to watch. I went back and watched it again this summer. It was still a tough game to watch. But the second time around I realized we weren’t sucking on offense as bad as it though it was just a defensive slug fest. Bamas defense was almost as good as ours.
