I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, give Kenny Cook’s snaps.
Why? I just don't see him adding speed or quickness in Monken's new offense (if it's supposed to be as good as advertised)
Cook is one of the fastest players on the team and the fastest RB.Gonna need his explosiveness in this offense

He’s more quick than fast. He can’t break many tackles, he small, and he hits the ground on first contact.

That’s totally changed my mind. Let me go back to all the game film of him breaking tackles and running past people.

Geez dude, nice deflection. This is what you said

And it obviously wasn't the case.Cook was also banged up most of the '19 season.
What exactly do you like about McIntosh's game. and his ability to integrate into a Monken offense

We were so spoiled with Nick and Sony. Now we are hoping for our transfer qb to seek contact.

Kenny doesn’t go down on first contact and he can run between the tackles. I’m not trying to be difficult I just don’t see much upside to Cook over the other guys. Hell, I’d let Clark have Cook’s snaps. If I’m a MLB on the opposing team and I see Cook in the backfield I know 99% it’s a gadget play or something not involving him running up the middle.

That was the flaw of Chaney and Coley. Predictable.

Cool can’t run between the tackles. It’s a fact bud.

I actually thought Cook showed really impressive balance last year for his size.

Just a quick Google of how many tackles James Cook broke last season comes up with zero articles. Balance and being effective running between the tackles is two different things. He reminds me of a way less useful Isaiah McKenzie.

He played in all of 4 games last year and only 2 against P5 teams
(GT and Baylor) LINKHe had 12 carries for 46 yards in mostly mop up duty. How in the world did you come to this conclusion from those 2 games?
BTW our running game between the tackles wasn't all that great no matter who was back there.

Good.In case you didn't notice we weren't EXACTLY killing it running it up the middle last year.

When you’re built like Newman, you can do that and he has done that at Wake Forest. I’s not the focal point of his game the way it was for Tebow or Ehlinger but it is a dimension he can use a la Cam at Auburn. There’s a difference between an occasional QB draw to catch the defense unaware and a QB who can physically push for tough yards.

For the love of God. Draft Scout has him running a blistering 4.46 in the 40, I’m not sure that out runs all the linebackers much less the whole team. With the gobs of game film Cook has you can’t deny that on initial contact he almost always hits the ground. So let me break this down real slow to you yet again. Kenny......is........harder........to.......bring......down........than.......James Cook.

WGAS? He's our fastest RB and one of the fastest players on the team and you wanna give a walk on his snaps or run him "up the middle?" 4.46 is pretty damn fast BTW."Draft scout?" When were they on campus timing UGA players?
You've yet to make one coherent argument for McIntosh other than
"Cook sucks!" or "Cook falls down"

Based off what? The GT and Baylor game? 12 carries? Are you at practice every day? Did you watch em in HS?
Lets see how Cook performs when he's fully healthy for an entire season and in a modern offense for once.

That’s not really Cook’s fault.

It’s everyone else problem Cook is a one trick pony? Kenny wasn’t a walk on so you may wanna get current about the roster. Also, in a recent article DawgNation asked the players who the fastest player on the team is and Tyson Campbell, Tyrique and Eric Stokes was named.

Geez dude, read what I said. I said he was ONE of the fast players on the team along with the fastest RB.Never once did I say he was fastest player on the team.
So go ahead and make your case for McIntosh...it's the 3rd time I asked you.

Are you able to have a debate without being a prick? I’m done talking to you. Cook will be a bit player again this year and you will continue to be a twat. Have a miserable day douche bag.

You've to back up any of your statements and I asked multiple times.

you will continue to be a twat
And now you're calling me names and pitching a hissy fit.
I'd love to see em contribute in the new offense but I haven't seen anything that makes me think he's going take snaps away from Cook or have a increased impact...let's see.
