Love to see it. Wasn't Ron Prince the HC at KSU between Snyder's stints?

Paying more attention to details. That's what successful organizations do.

The Richt Way: tell your coaches to drive their kids to school every morning and that they don't have to try to impress him by working late.

The Saban/Kirby Way: hire support staffers to lighten the work load on the entire coaching staff which allows for more efficiency to get more shite done more effectively.

Exciting times.
