Let’s not get too excited yet. Starting a feasibility study and actually committing to expansion are 2 separate things at UGA. Pretty sure we’ve done like 10 feasibility studies on replacing Stegman, and a lot of studies before requiring outside donations to finally get our IPF.
Don’t get me wrong, great step in the right direction, but want to start seeing the money go towards an actual expansion/hardcore renovation

The fact that it’s even being acknowledged is a big step in the right direction. McGarity set Athletics back a decade with his half assed facilities projects.

Following up here, sounds like Foley expansion is happening and will include not only new seating but new player development areas

I love the commitment to Foley because I live two blocks away. It’s an integral part of the neighborhood and vice versa.

That's cool. I remember going to baseball camp there in 1989 and Foley Field wasn't much bigger than a high school stadium and the baseball weight room was in the Stegman basement. Went to Clemson's baseball camp and their facilities were 10X better at the time.
