Booked flights into Ontario on Southwest, about 45/60 minutes out on the Foothills Parkway, Staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Rancho at the Mills Mall (Think Opry Mills), and plan to hit Temecula or Joshua Tree one Day, Full Day at the Rose Starting Early and Staying in Lot H for the Bama Game After, and will do the Ortega Hwy to Dana Point and up through LA one Day.
Tickets are in section 9L.
All Pretty Reasonable compared to LAX and LA Hotel Rates. Wife is from LA so it does not hold a ton of fascination to us.

Bargain for LA and a Trip to the Rose. Sight lines suck in that stadium but tickets double and triple as you move to the 50.

I'm going all-in on the national championship tickets. I can afford to take time off for one, not both. I'm throwing my eggs in that basket.

It being in Atlanta and Clemson and Bama being close, they could scap for well over $2000.

That’s why I’m going to the Rose

Good choice. Let me know if you need any restaurant recommendations in my home town.

I’m in 9L as well, row 60. I paid $1,300 for 4 tickets. Just booked flight this morning for two at $1,100. Using Marriot points to cover hotel and 4 free days of rental car through National. Feel like I came out pretty good

How long will it take to get to the parade and stadium from the Ritz Carlton in Marina Del Ray?

Yep, you did well. The economy is that Rose Bowl Tickets aren't rediculous like the Finals tickets will be.

We're flying into SF and out of LA. Gonna take a couple of days to drive down and enjoy the coast.

If you are going to take this route I hope you are driving instead of Chef.

I’m well aware and I’m paying whatever it costs to see UGA play in a national title game, if we make it.

I used to make a commute very similar to that. With the traffic for the parade/game, it's going to be slow going. I'd allow *at least* two hours.

Gets a little hairy at places, pays not to drink and drive.
