The predictability and vanilla offensive game plan has been there all season due to Coley.

Do you think Coach Smart doesn't see what the offense has been all season? This is exactly the offense our HC wants to run. If he didn't like this offense he would have changed it after the Notre Dame game.
Coley is getting a bad rap for doing exactly what his boss wants him to do. Put the blame where it belongs.

Play calling, yes, execution, no.

How was our play calling vanilla last night?

I didn't state that. I was simply saying coley is calling the offense the HC wants him to call. If he wasn't, Kirby would have fixed that many games ago.

It was a little of everything last night. Fromm missed some reads and throws. The O line whiffed on some blocks. The receivers dropped some balls, didn’t sell out a few times, and weren’t getting open sometimes. Maybe some scheming improvement could help them get open. It is all pretty manageable. They just need to do it and put a good game together.

The least impactful player on the Field is ALWAYS Matt Landers - unless of course he's impacting the game poorly.

The fact that he plays so much is more frustrating to me than Fromm yesterday. Playcalling has improved significantly over the season, but seeing so much Landers is by itself almost enough for me to want Coley gone.
