Why does UGA have to be associated with making very, very bad music videos? I thought we couldn't do any worse than Party in the UGA, but I guess they showed me.

And to expand on my earlier post, this isn't an abberration. It's like we intentionally try to play the most embarrassing, stupid arse crap we can.
Our pregame and stadium atmosphere from when Richt first started to about oooohhhhh roughly 2006ish was fine. It was perfect. Awesome. Then the changes started slowly. It started by lenghting the pregame munson/trumpet video to be like 20 seconds too long so there were still a bunch highlights after the final GO DAWGS. Everyone's just sitting there in silence watching. Also, like 50% of the plays aren't even highlight worthy. They'd show like Martrez Milner catching a 10 yard pass. WGAS. That video should be major, impactful, exciting plays throughout our history. I realize they want to put an emphasis on recent players, but I mean what does Kregg Lumpkin running for 5 yards add to a pregame highlight video? Just so people can cheer and say "oh yeah, I remember him".
Then the shittastic music started. Nickelback. No other words needed. One of the biggest frick ups was playing "boys of fall" coming out of the 3rd quarter. Ummm..for starters that song is slow as frick. I'm sure the 50 year olds in suits were probably like "hey, this song is about football! And it's popular! This'll REALLY get people fired up!" No, that song is as slow as molasses and doesn't get anyone fired up, it gets them sleepy. Not to mention kenny is an asshat tennessee fan.
Then top it off with party in the UGA, stupid "I'M GEORGIA, ARE YOU? WAVE YOUR G TOWELS DAWG FANS" videos, and shite like this new dawg bite, dawg bite...and I'm amazed someone still has a job.
keep it simple stupids.

Auburn is really good about pregame videos. Everything they did in their 2010 season was on point. Even their end of the 3rd pump up with "All of the Above" playing and all of the players running to the student section was sick.

I too once thought were cooler than a polar bears toe nails...when I saw this earlier today, I shook my head in utter dismay at this sorry excuse for a hip & cool hype video...Where did it all go...
