DJ Daniel already has opted out. Every beat writer that I've seen weigh in on the subject don't expect either Stokes and Campbell to be back next season. If they both opt out of the bowl game it would be a really interesting shitshow. The Jalen Kimber feller is supposedly still hurt. Ringo might be physically ready but why risk it.

Stephens will slide over to CB to help out.

Might even see Lecounte play as well. Who knows

Ruining the game. Opt-outs are for gay nerd quitters.

Here’s your answer from Rivals.

quote:

Cornerback: If junior Tyson Campbell decides to join Daniel and Stokes and opt out, that would leave the Bulldogs with a brand new set of starting corners for their bowl. Freshman Jalen Kimber has not played for two straight games due to injury, but if he's healthy, he'd almost certainly step into the lineup. Seldom-used Ameer Speed and perhaps even true freshman Daran Branch could also see some time. Tyrique Stevenson is likely to play one corner spot and Branch could see his first extensive playing time.

I'd like to see what Branch has.

Looking like this position will could make or break 2021.

I don't blame LeCounte for opting out given the fact he is probably still recovering from that accident. Stokes is a potential first-rounder so that's understandable as well.

Everyone else is looking like mid rounders so I don't understand the thought process there.

There are some interesting possibilities in the transfer portal now. A former 4-star CB, Colin Samuel (6-3, 200), wants to transfer from Houston. He's from Long Beach, California. He's that long body type we prefer at CB.

There are a few others...including CBs trying to leave Tennessee and Vanderbilt. But Samuel looks like the highest upside guy available overall.

It would probably be a good idea to have some, so yes.
