So the injuries have to be "substantial"?

Did he do more than just grab her and pull her out of the apartment?

For battery, the injuries have to be visible. Without visible injuries, the charge would be simple battery under 16-5-23.

You also have the 16-5-28 charge. She’s PREGNANT. He allegedly grabbed her around the belly and squeezed her to the point of leaving visible bruises. If true, that’s more than a simple breakup argument.

Was that mentioned in the report? All I saw was the arm.

And if he is exonerated? Will you still crucify him?

I haven’t crucified him at all. I wrote “allegedly” and “ if true”.

He was charged with the assault on the unborn child.

Should be. If he is innocent he can come back. Depends on how long it takes on whether we see whom suite up again this year

Yes. She had bruising in her torso. He grabbed her, picked her up and started squeezing her.

The more I look at this the better off we’ll be imo. Bell and Lovett need to be utilize more. One less moving piece for Beck to think about. Throw in Humphrey’s as a WC and it might actually improve our team.

KR and PR should be shifty. Arian is straight line fast. Not very elusive or quick side to side vs what you think based on his pedigree. Leave Evans there. He’s good.

I forgot about his terminal dropsies. I was just thinking about his straight line speed.

Is that a fact from the police reports? Or was he trying to get her out of her apartment and she wouldn't leave. Now, was that bruising seen by the officers, or after the fact? If after, then what's to say he even did it. However, his lawyer feels strong enough that he will be exhonerated.

Either he did it or its a case of her falsely accusing. Who knows.

I'm not defending him or her in any shape or form.

I don't think a person should be punished without having been convicted of a crime.

My posts above were bristling at the notion that cops should cover up crimes for football players.
