Governor Cooper lifted the mask mandate and social distance restrictions in North Carolina effective 1:30 this afternoon. This means the UGA-Clemson game can have full capacity at BOA Stadium in Charlotte.

I also believe that if he hadn't, both schools would have pushed for the game to be moved. And the Governor knew it.

The CDC's newest update might also be part of that

My nextdoor neighbor is a 4. You can have her. Or am I misreading you?

Our family got 8 tickets. I'm driving up early Friday morning and playing golf somewhere on the west side of charlotte (narrowed it down to 2 places but haven't decided yet) and staying in an Air BNB about 1 mile east of the stadium. Our crew tailgated near the nascar HOF at the belk bowl so I assume we'll do the same this go around. Looking forward to it.

What two courses are you thinking? You’re in my backyard. Would love to get to meet this band of misfits I’ve been chatting with for the past couple years.

Does anyone know if we're home or away yet?

We'll make it a home game regardless of designation. See you in Charlotte, gents!

If she has a sister can I count that as an 8?

I can't remember the names offhand. I just remember when I was searching I was looking for somewhere that would be en route from Atlanta to my air bnb that was public and not super expensive and found 2 that are not far off the main interstate as you're approaching the city

The energy on this one is going to be off the charts. Cant wait

Cant even imagine how electric its going to be after almost two years of the nonsense. Hell, just going to the grocery store is a party now as people start looking each other in the eye again and smiling without their dirty ugly politically correct face bag on.

So I’ve only played the 9 hole course at Sunset Hills but I’ve played Harry Jones a bunch (been a while for both though). Neither course will knock your socks off but they aren’t bad for public courses. I’d probably lean to Harry Jones if they were my choices. Are you coming up 85?

I’d probably just go to Harry Jones if you are just looking to get out and don’t wanna spend a bunch. My parents are members at a club in Lake Wylie so I haven’t played too many public courses in a while.

I might have to bite the bullet on this one even though the ticket prices are ridiculous.

This is one I would've liked to go to with my sons. But, due to health reasons, I will have to put the upcoming season (going to games) on hold. I will be watching from home most likely. Getting old sux.
