Someone bought the property, finally, and they are in the process of tearing it down. Will update with photos later.

Jaco's was finally sold after 105 of being in business, while simultaneously being up for sale for the past 105 years. I can confirm that the developers, while not necessarily from Ohio, are Yankees and their plan is to build a massive monument to the Confederacy only to tear it down the day after it is complete in order to help defeat racism.
In all honesty, Jaco's is known to have started serving alcohol in 1912 but that property has been for sale as long as most folks can remember. I am not sure what, if anything, will go up in it's place. The Tally-Ho was replaced by Seawell's, so maybe something similar to that will go up, but at the same time the new owner might just sell off tailgating spots.

Only the 4-wall frame is left. It's totally gutted and the rest will come down soon.

That's all that's left. Used to have a porch and a back area but that's all been torn down already. It was always shitty, but used to look a good bit bigger.
