Does he stay? Does he go?

Im not so sure he will have a better year next year. Losing a ton of playmakers on the outside and Olineman.

Is this the highest his stock will be? I know I heard they were working on an NIL deal to keep him in college, but what say you all?

This isn't the highest his stock will be.

He's losing Bowers who catches almost everything.
It is great to have a receiver who makes the QB look good even when he's off.

But if we return Dom, RaRa, an Bell, then we have a core of receivers who can win. 2nd year in command of the offense and year 2 of the 2023 recruiting class (this system is hell for new receivers) is promising.

The question will be pass pro. SVP is a huge loss. Tate is a loss. Truss is a loss. Mims?

His mom posted somewhere that they will see you in Miami.

I'm taking it as good news and he returns, but who knows. Think he would benefit bigly from returning. OL will still be good and good weapons will still be here.

He’s what 5th or 6th best QB if he goes now?

I don't have any inside knowledge, but I'm leaning that he comes back. I think NFL teams will value him a lot more if he has 2 solid starting seasons. He has a chance to improve and move up to the first round and he can also make good money on NIL.

Beck had a great regular season as a first-time starter but there is plenty of room for improvement and I think he would benefit from another season as our starter.

It feels like his senior year in high school. The previous year he was Mr. Florida with all the stud Wide Receivers, then they were gone and his team struggled. It wasn't his fault, but his ranking dropped.

This might be the best shot he has at a higher draft. Depends on what QBs are available vs. next year.

Could mean Beck is returning. If so, that would be Beck, Stockton, Raiola, and the 4* coming in with Raiola.

Vandagriff in portal.

I hate to hear this.
Vandagriff is going to make some team a fine legit dual-threat QB. Vandagriff is big and fast and has a strong arm.

It seems almost certain Beck has told Vandagriff he is coming back. Just doesn't seem like he would bolt if Beck was going into the draft. Be interesting to see where he goes.

I wonder if Beck is close to his ceiling entering his 5th year. Was excited to see him play against Bama, but was underwhelmed. He's an above average quarterback, but is he elite? Can he win a natty?

There was too large a variance in his play to believe he's hit his ceiling. I'm not talking about stats, either.

Quick decision making & ball placement improved significantly this season, and downfield accuracy and pocket presence under pressure can both improve even more.

This isn't a turnkey offense like Lincoln Riley runs. It takes time and game reps.

Look at Stetson's improvement of you need evidence.

He played a bad game (for him) and lost what might be the national championship by 3 points. That's enough for you to stop believing in him? Come on, man.

This was the first game against truly elite competition, and was hoping for more.

But I've been a doubter all season, so I'm probably just being an idiot.
