No postseason. Nothing. Record attendance for pure trash. White bettter get his shite together because whatever fans showed up this year won’t next. He had a decent team this year. Just awful to see his 1st 2 teams just die off like these did. Oh well. On to next year.

Tonight was weird. It was like the game plan was to shoot 3s. Do nothing but shoot 3s. If the 3s are not falling - continue to shoot 3s. First half - shoot 3s. If it does not look like it's working - also shoot 3s in the second half.
If the 3 is not open, make sure you continue to pass until it is. If it is never open, just heave that sucker up. From behind the line. Never stop shooting 3s, no matter what.

Yeah it was an odd gameplan. Had open looks that we should have hit, but no adjusting to that was strange.
Only 6 FT attempts and Tchewa only had 3 shots. No paint action at all

Yeah… NCAA or fired next year. His team dissolved and his game plans were pure shite. His offensive adjustments to defenses was god awful. His defense of bringing the bigs out of the paint to defend the perimeter is single handedly the dumbest shite I’ve ever seen. It works 20% of the time. The other 80 leaves dunks, layups, or offensive rebounds.

Outside of football and maybe softball, our entire athletics program is going through a historically bad era.
Men’s tennis is having a historically bad season and Diaz is retiring. Women’s tennis is decent but with a new young former bulldog as coach, time will tell how that program goes.
Gymnastics program is still terrible since Yoculan left the cupboard empty.
Our swimming and diving programs haven’t been the same since coach retired a few years ago. Women were winning titles.
Basketball programs are both terrible terrible terrible. The women were always relatively competitive but they’re embarrassingly bad now.
Golf is not doing great either and hasn’t for some time now.
Wtf happened?? Why do our programs suck now?

Diaz, Hack, Bauerle are all legends and probably stuck around longer than they should have, though Diaz had a good year last year IIRC.

If our AD only cares about football, why even have other programs? Why do we have equestrian for frick sake?
Such a shame to have success in a sport to only let it flounder bc you’re too cheap to keep it thriving. Such utter bullshite that enrages and pisses off the more than casual UGA sports fan.

I’m on record saying Brooks hasn’t done shite btw. If Kirby wasn’t as successful recently, he’d be out imo. There’s ZERO frickING REASONS UGA shouldn’t dominate in basketball and baseball. I can’t speak on the other programs because I have no knowledge of them. The Big 3 should ALWAYS be good/competitive.

Good question, but I don't think the school's main focus at the moment, outside of football, is athletics.
We're trying to become a 'public ivy' and athletics doesn't always play well into that. You can see it happening at UF and what it might look like except for Kirby Smart.
UF and UGA are storming up the public university rankings, which is nice. Less nice is that athletics (as a whole) just isn't that important to the university right now. As long as there are no embarrassing scandals, mediocrity is just fine. In the meantime, the main pressure is on academics, research, and the metrics that help our rankings as an academic institution.
At least, that's my take on it.

Good win against a team that should’ve been on the bubble (we should have been too). The SEC is just damn tough too to bottom in basketball. There’s no easy game outside Vandy and Missouri. We really weren’t an easy game for anyone except Kentucky too. Future is bright IMO and I’m behind CMW
