Holy shite!

Great steal. Silas bailed out by a terrible foul call after dribbling into the middle of the lane for some reason.

I don't know about tourney. We lose this we're 4-7 in the SEC. Seems like we would have to win 5 out of 7. Dawgs need a 3 now to win it unless they miss one FT.

LOL!!!

What a buzz kill Silas. Holy shite

Somehow going to have another shot at this.

State 6/18 from foul line is incredible

Great play call Mike! Way to at least get a shot off!

This was one of the maddening games I game remember. Felt like we were edging for 3 hours and then got our balls stomped. Rough

Silas blew this game being a ball hog at the end. 2 missed 3s, one badly and two turnovers.

I don't mind him shooting the open looks. He was playing really well late, but then the turnover and dribbling into the chest of state players...yeah...not great composure

yah, frick White. Not a bad team overall but really mediocre in the SEC at 4-7. That doesn't cut it. If I were Brooks would give him one more year tops. NIT doesn't cut it.

10000000000000% on White along with 2 other games. He’s an average coach. 16-20 wins max.

Josh might be in trouble also if this doesn't work out.

we just really struggle in the “winnable” games column because we make so many ill timed mental errors. they cost you and the good teams make you pay

this game just has endless ones

Because the historically bad men’s basketball program is 16-7 in a brutal league and the WBB program hasn’t been the same since Landers retired and Staley rose to power?

Meanwhile, facilities are finally being updated everywhere, old coaches are retiring, and seemingly solid hires are being made.

Florida lost by 20 @UT

And just beat #1 Auburn on the road.

it’s not about road wins and losses anymore. Georgia was favored to beat Mississippi state at home and still managed to lose. Stop sugarcoating shite.

Obviously frustrated and disappointed from yesterday but not much has really changed YET from what we knew 2 days ago. I mentioend earlier taht there's a handful of sure losses left and one game that really should be a win. That left 3 tossup swing games (MSU being one of them) that would tell the tale. Extremely unlikely we'd go 3-0 in those but you'd sure rather be 2-1 than 1-2. Our margin for error just now cotinues to get more and more razor thin.

On a separate note I am encouraged by looking at hte standings and the schedule for this upcoming week. The teams that we are neck and neck with or within 1 game of are MSU, Vandy, UK, Texas, OU, and Ark. Here is each of those team's schedules this coming week:

MSU- UF, @OM
Vandy- AU, @Tenn
UK- Tenn, @Tex
Texas- Bama, UK
OU- @Mizz, LSU
Ark- LSU, @ ATM

Other than the two games against LSU, it's entirely conceivable that everyone around us in teh standings goes 0-fer this week (aside from games against each other obviously). Our next game is almost surely a loss so the Missouri game at home next Saturday is now just that much bigger, especially since our next 2 after that are definite losses. Beat missouri, have everyone else continuing losing as they should, and our postseason fate will rest on those final 3 games IMO.
