No, but I did wake up with a girl with bug eyes after going there my first night in school. Caught hell for that for 4 years.

The 40 Watt to me was the bigger achievement to play...
To play the GA Theatre, all you had to do was give Kyle drugs....

When I was playing, Peter Buck's estranged wife was running the place and let pretty much anyone play the 40 Watt.

Ga Theater was working with promoters and shite, this was in the Hippie Hay Day of the 90's for me.

I can't remember all of the names.

I was in a Quietmen redux 15 years later, if that name rings a bell.

My brother would probably remember. He's the musician of the family.

I was associated with the Dictatortots...

I thought Jarred was still booking the 40 Watt and Berry was giving them our alimony....

Favorite Concerts:

Dave Mathews at Georgia Theatre (filmed)

Pearl Jam at Legion (hung out back stage)

Counting Crows/Cracker 40 Watt (Adam from CC really likes Rolling Rock and certain inhalents)

Super Jam(s)-Athens Fair Ground - Man I wish I could remember everybody that played. Was a mini woodstock of the 1990s. Widespread, Allgood, Blues Traveler, Kinchafoone Cowboys, Dave Mathews, Government Mule.......

Michael Stipe - Solo downstairs in some coffee shop my roomate worked at. Played for two hours to about 8 of us.

Wow, I haven't thought about them in years. Wonder if they're still playing.

Fo Sho. Spent many a rainy morning in that little hipster eatery, waiting on the misses to get done with her morning classes.

Want a real accomplishment? I'm homely enough that I never picked up anyone at O'Malley's. I'm pretty sure that one is still listed in the Guinness Book of World Records.
