Say we beat Ole Miss and Kentucky are we on the right side of the bubble or do we have to beat Florida to get in

we have to beat USCjr to get in. And mizzou. Beating florida isn't one of my major concerns considering how intense their schedule is. They're gonna be dropping some games.

Dawgs have some f'cked up non-conference losses.. Hope y'all make the tournament to see what the SEC is made of... in a round-about-way it would prolly give me hope in football,

What the hell are you talking about?
Eh, I think we're a bubble team if we make it that far but unless a lot of other bubble teams shite the bed I think we'd be on the wrong side.
We need Arky or UT to beat UF.

I think we would be considered a bubble team. That would mean we went 10-3 in our last 13 games, including making it to the SECCG. We would probably need a miracle to get in. We would need like every favorite to win the nonsense conference tournys and hope for a few of the other bubble teams to lose early.

We just remind me a lot of that Alabama team a few years ago when we got in and they lost. They had a similar conference record and had a shitty non conference slate where they lost a few. Just looked and their RPI that year was 80, and ESPN has us at 70 at the moment(although some other site has us at 81, even though it hasn't been updated since yesterday and I doubt we jumped 11 spots beating LSU...
If our RPI is 70, I could see winning 2 games in the SECT getting down to around 60. May be good enough for a play in game if a lot of locks win their conference tourneys. I think Bama was still in the smaller field when they were shut out.

We need just about all of the mid-major & lower regular season champions to win their conference tourneys to have a shot...

This is key, along with getting to the conference championship

I think winning two games gets us in if one of the wins is over Kentucky. Their rpi is top 20 and that would be huge for us. We really need to be playing them Saturday and not LSU or Bama.

That's true, and UK is looking sloppy lately. They'd be beatable on a neutral court. Florida would whoop us unless they just don't care.

UK looks very beatable which I'm loving right now

Dude. We are a NIT team unless we win out. Sorry.

They do but it's by no means a given we make it to the championship. That tPOS on Ole Miss got hot last year and won them the tournament. And Kentucky has way more talent and if they get it back together they would be very tough. They're fighting for a decent seeding now...they've probably dropped to a 7 or 8.

If we did that and had at least a respectable showing against UF, then we'll at least be considered, bit I doubt we'd make it.
With that said, I don't like the of facing Hendo and Summers in an elimination game.

getting to the final will put us on the wrong side of the bubble IMO. let's cheer against florida at all costs because we can beat anyone besides them, and also because they are florida.

Yeah I agree. Unless we take Florida to the last minute or something, I think losing the SECTC would get us in the discussion but we wouldn't hear our name called.
We really need to win and for that to happen we really need UF to lose.

Winning out would be the best situation that the Dawgs can hope for. I think that those terrible losses earlier will just be too much to overcome. If the Dawgs are to lose, I hope that it's in the championship and after a strong effort. No matter what, if this team can keep momentum going into next year, they'll be a force to be reckoned with.

Yeah, I'd be more worrieed about beating OM
