I don’t have a lot of faith in this. Any settlement regulating NIL will face immediate challenge in court. Until they can figure out a way to collectively bargain, I don’t see how the NCAA/schools regain the ability to limit compensation.

Xavier griffin just cancelled his visit to us this weekend. Maybe he will reschedule but the recruiting momentum seems to have ground to a halt again.

Everything is just different now with NIL. Somone like Tyler Atkinson and Mark Bowman would've been wrapped up by now 5 years ago, and now we might not get either one. It sucks, but it's reality.

Recruiting sucks arse and is no where near what it’s been. I’m sure many will run here and say everything is ok when in fact it’s not. In Kirby I trust though!
