He played for Aranda when Dave was DC at LSU, so I expect that went a long way with him.

I'm seeing more buzz about Davis staying than anyone else in recent memory. He hasn't opted out of the bowl game which is an encouraging sign.

Not the end of the world. Crean sits well with a few top 50 for 2022 out of UGA. He’ll get at least 1. He’s banking on the current core to set the footprints.

Absolutely did. He didn't go to baylor because they are a contender or the situation is great. he wanted to reunite with Arranda. Apparently he felt comfortable with him.
