If I am not mistaken, July (most of July) is a dead period, then we go right into another dead period in August. So, if kids want to commit before their season starts we should see them commit rather quickly. Expect a lot of movement the last week of July.

He is a long time commit who doesn't visit and camp much. That's why he is being passed during the offseason circuit. He should put up huge numbers in his senior season, and that should keep him up there.
If he were to drop, there are a few other guys on our radar that could rise into the 5* ranks, and of course, we could flip someone if/when one of our rivals struggles mightily.
