The truth hurts. Fields once tweeted that he was Georgia's best recruiter. I don't know about that but he was one hell of a draw. One hell of a QB also.

If Fields gets to play next year and Solomon doesn't, I'll be a little bitter to say the least

Fields will definitely be eligible next year.

Tom Mars will drag UGA through whatever amount of mud it takes to pressure the NCAA into granting eligibility

Pretty telling quote from Dwan Mathis's dad:

“Dwan understands the program and the role he has been recruited for, to learn from the current quarterback and not be divisive or cause any problems. He respects the head coach and Coach (Jim) Chaney and he is ready to come in and put his head down and go to work.”

Think we'll sit on RBs this season, then make a big push next year for guys like Zach Evans and Kendall Milton.

Really like those guys and Tank Bigsby will be a good one, too. I haven't had time to ook at the RB class next year, but I have looked at those three, and they look really, really good.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Milton pass Evans in the long run, but I kind of prefer the shorter, but heavy back (Evans) over the taller back (Milton).

Not based on anything on the field, of course.

Maybe...and we could use Solomon, but at the same time, it could be good for him to be another year removed from his injuries and learn our system.

I thought I saw that earlier, but it was not showing that way the last time i checked. Let me check again.

ETA
Still showing unsigned. Looking like a lean to Auburn, though.

Haven't seen anything about Williams signing yet. Would be a nice consolation prize to grab him and stick it to the barn after missing on Sanders.

Mars dragging us through hell Hs nothing to do with what the NCAA will grant. He will put us through hell to try to get an unconditional release

I don't imagine Smart or UGA will fight that. It's not worth it to do so, especially since he's looking out of conference.

It may be a moot point if Fields is settled on Ohio State or OU. We would just restrict him to SEC schools most likely

Screw him. This guy should be considered an agent and any player using him should risk losing eligibility.
