I think dallas is AWOL for a little bit longer so I'll steal it.
CBs for Adam Anderson up to 92%, and Barton Simmons just put in a CB for us for Luke Ford, I think we're in better shape for him than a lot of people think.

Adam Anderson has officially decommitted from LSU
I'm gonna go take a glance at the LSU Recruiting Board to see the gold that's probably arisen over there.

Do want.

Anderson would be a step in the right direction towards getting some key momentum in-state.

Anderson would be a huge recommit

It would be nice to see him recommit. It would definitely start to swing things back in the right direction for this class

At least the boo birds can't say we were slow on the draw with Fields like we were Deshaun Watson. If he doesn't want to be a Dawg, there's little we can do at this point. Personally, I'd love to see what we could do with a mobile QB.
Actually, didn't we hold off on Fields because we were going after Lawrence, first? We didn't start going heavy on Fields until Lawrence committed to Clemson, and Fields was already committed to PSU. I might be wrong, but that's what I remember.

HUGE! I want Anderson, bad. I really think he has the potential to be a great player. A really great player.

So apparently there is a UGA prospect cookout next Sat 7/15, a early list of attendees was posted by Trent Smallwood and is:
Kearis Jackson
Trey Hill
James Cook
Justin Fields
Trey Dean
Marquez Ezzard
John FitzPatrick
Tommy Tremble
Josh Vann
*Rick Sandidge(not on Trents list but his mom tweeted that they are visiting Athens next week which means they are most likely in for the cookout)
Pretty solid list especially since there's a chance Fields pulls the trigger.

Great list, now let's just hope they can add Adam Anderson, Jamaree Salyer, and Azeez Ojulari to the cookout, and that's one hell of a presentation for a) the potential of that recruiting class, but also b) for Justin Fields.
Those are three additional, realistic possibilities for the class, who could also swing the trip, logistically speaking. Obviously not really ideal to try and say "Hey Luke Ford, why don't you come on down just for this cookout!" Would be nice, but not exactly an easy thing for him and/or his parents.

A few names were added...
Jadon Haselwood
Dominick Blaylock
Ryland Goede
JD Bertrand
Channing Tindall
Tyreke Johnson
Chris Smith
*Blaylock, Goede, & Bertrand are all '19 guys and best friends who will probably end up at the same school (hopefully to the good guys)
Also, Trent says he could "Definitely" see some guys commit during the weekend.

Good FREE read,

Salyer only mentioned Georgia and Florida State and confirmed that, in his eyes, based on his conversations with Fields, those are the two main teams in contention.
"I definitely think so," Salyer said. "If I had to guess right now, seeing as though I am not really being recruited by Florida State anymore, and it is coming down to Florida State and Georgia, I guess I would have to predict UGA

Is this cookout what's replaced DawgNight? The timing would indicate such.

Works for me. Dawgnight was a spectatcle for fans and recruits alike, but that's all it ended up being: a spectacle. Come February, commitments are based on relationships, not warm fuzzy feelings because of a fun weekend in Athens. Kirby and McGee and Coley are the kind of recruiters you want speaking one on one with a recruit and their families

I can only assume so and you can add a reallllllly interesting name to the list that I haven't seen mentioned anywhere else, Ja'Marr Chase postponed his commitment that was supposed to take place at The Opening and said he took that as a sign to take a few more visits. He will visit Florida and then come to Athens for this cookout with "teammates" on the 15th. He and Fields were a solid tandem at The Opening. He's a 4* WR, 6'2" 195lbs.

I'd expect a good day on that day.
A lot of the guys listed seem like leans and are deciding soon

Add UTk commit Alontae Taylor to the Kir-B-Que visitor list. He's been showing a lot of interest over the last month or so but I don't know how serious it is.

We offered Fields in October and he surprisingly picked PSU in November. Lawrence then picked Clemson in December.
