Interesting. You can look up a definition but still don't understand it. If the conditional hypothesis p is not met (in this case, statement not true), then the conclusion q is indeterminate, and therefore no conclusion was reached. In that case q can either be true or false (i.e., no conclusion reached) and the entire statement is still valid.
Last two lines in your google search result. Note that if p is F, the entire conditional statement, pq, is true without actually reaching a conclusion (q can be either T or F).

Therefore, a conditional statement does not "arrive at a judgement". It states the conditions under which a conclusion can be reached.

Most people forget that 2018 was the year most UGA fans looked forward to. The Dawgs exceeded expectations big time this year and we’ll get a natty or two while Fromm and JF are here.

Glad you are back Americus. I have been giving those Auburn posters hell on the Rant. I normally don’t feed trolls, but when I looked out there yesterday they had about 6 different 1980 bull crap threads. They don’t like facts to get in the way of their arguments
