Might be to push Cook into committing earlier, apparently now he wants to wait until February to sign. Sends the message that if he's still looking around, then so are we.

is it just me, or does anyone else not too impressed with Cook? His last name is helping him some.
I mean, Id love to have him. The more the merrier, but with Swift/Holyfield/White, I wouldnt be too disappointed if he went elsewhere and we got someone like this kid from Texas.

Hmmmm...a few possibilities here. If we're talking major targets, hoping it's Salyer or Anderson.
With the way the crystal balls have been pouring in for Salyer on 247 lately, I'd guess it's him.
