FSU would be the ideal for him from a QB development standpoint; Jimbo has a proven track record of developing dual threat QBs at a high level and Kirby/Chaney simply don't. But UGA is the better school and sometimes you just know when a place feels like home.

Point being, this one could really go either way

If true, that's not good. Why are the parents supposedly high on FSU? Thought they were "all Dawg"?

Family is definitely pro-UGA.

Because from a talent development standpoint, FSU is the clear choice. Fields will do well wherever he goes but he could be a odds on heisman winner at FSU.

Biggest question is whether distance to FSU will be a factor

Family loves UGA. Sister and instate opportunities are big pros as well.

I think they're just as dumb as us and speculating

Players, recruits, commits, and staff have all said he's coming. Only way that we don't get him is if he's telling everybody what they want to hear.... And he's been telling us longer so

FWIW Trey Dean is now delaying his decision, originally was going to announce July 31.

Good to see that the FSU board is speculating just as much as we are at this point.

It's looking more like a UGA/FSU battle.

Everybody keeps counting Auburn out, but I think it is a big mistake to overlook them. I think it is a three way battle that could go any way. (UGA, FSU, AU)

Maybe he was all Gamecock and then had a realization that he really wanted to be at UGA

Picking up a lot of steam with Aaron Brule out of Louisiana, a safety/Linebacker hybrid with 20+ offers.

Simply getting accepted as a JR about did me in....that was without all the red-carpet treatment and white womens throwing my way.
