AS threw enough scent off the trail to possibly commit to the dawgs?

This is funny, but if what folks are murmuring about us turning away Nico(which I think is BS, but rumor has legs allegedly) is true...you'd have to think someone committed to us this past weekend.

I'm telling you Nico had to have not been a take. Kirby would literally had to have sex with his mother and him walk in to go from a UGA lean on a OV to a Mich lean.

Given our woeful state of affairs at WR, it's crazy to envision a scenario where this is true.

Nico is an elite receiver. He is definitely a take

I think Nico is a take, but Michigan has been on him for longer than we have. We have 2 elite receivers right now (Holloman and Webb) and a steal (Landers), plus all 4 that we have committed address our lack of height at the position (all are 6'2"+, Landers is 6'5"). Like I said, Nico would be a big bonus, but we have a solid group. Our old WR groups would be 1 high 4* that was 5'10", a low 4* that was around 6'0", and a couple of 3* guys that were between 5'10" and 6'0".

Nico is a 6'4" receiver that would be an awesome addition, but I still think Holloman is the most athletic of any WR we had a shot with. If we can coach him up then the sky is the limit. Webb has big play ability, and Landers is a RZ threat with his size. I really like our WR group in this class.

Let's pump the brakes here. I agree a take all day, but he's not an elite receiver.

Very good? Yes.
Early playing time? Probably.
Elite? Not quite.

I saw an article where Murchison said he will send something out on twitter today. I guess that will let us know where we truly stand with Solomon.

Lol, why do we need to see a tweet to find out where we stand with Solomon? He is not coming to Athens, never has been.

Lots of CBs for Stokes to Ole Miss yesterday, including Kipp. I would have loved to have him in the fold.

I keep hearing this...so assuming no flips, we take 3 more?

Speed, Murch, and possibly Williams/ Brini/Bryant?

I still think we have the edge for Bryant, so I would go with Bryant and Speed definitely and then Williams/Brini/Murchison. If Murchison or Brini had already committed, I think we'd still make room for Williams and go up to 27.

That's just my prediction. No real intel aside from what I read on 247 and my gut feeling.

I think we get Speed, Bryant, and Williams and call it one hell of a class.
