Wyatt is also a factor.

Fwiw, they could also be flirting with the JUCO DT if Wyatt leaves.

There's multiple ways to view it.

IS Nico and Bryant still the two we feel best about?

247 predicts Nico to Michigan, at least judging from their percentages to which school he will choose. Maybe they haven't updated that in ages. That would sting if we miss on Collins and Solomon, and maybe a chance of losing Wyatt.

Especially since T. Carter was dropped to hold a spot for those two

We've been down this road before. We often fizzle out on the final few days of recruiting. We have a fantastic class no matter what happens.

Percentage wise Michigan still leads for Nico, but if you look at the most recent Crystal Balls, they've all been in favor of UGA for the past month. That's a more accurate indicator typically, and looks good for us.

Final ESPN300 rankings. 4 in the top 15 as 5*s. Looks good to me. Except for Jake Fromm. That's some bullshite.

I don't think I've ever seen a bigger difference in player rankings between the 3 major services. Weird year.

I don't think Solomon even knows where he wants to go.

Quote from Monday: "[Alabama] still lead big, but not by a huge margin," Solomon, a former Michigan commit told 247 Sports.

He contradicts himself in the same sentence. How can you even distiguish between a big lead and a huge lead when picking something? He's basically saying "they lead big but don't be surprised if I don't pick them."

Take with a large chunk of salt, but one of the mods on BI just threw this out.

Fwiw I was just told that Wyatt and Jamyest flip spots, Nico is a silent to us and we get Solomon.

meanwhile, the CBs for Solomon to Michigan keep rolling in on 247...

Devonte Wyatt shot up the composite rankings. If he's that good we need to hold on to him.

CBs for Xavier McKinney to Clemson rolled in the same way. Even the day of his commitment to Bama. If you look at his CB predictions it still says 100% Clemson. So who knows

Does anyone else find it strange he would say frick MI and their fans and then all the CB's for MI pop up a week later? It makes me wonder if somebody affiliated with MI did something and he's purposely screwing with them.

If not this is some really odd behavior.

It has been said before, but they cannot CB a player to the school which the player is committed.

In McKinney's case, since he was committed to Alabama, CBs were going to Clemson because if he didn't end up at Bama, Clemson was the place he was thought to end up.

But McKinney wasn't committed to Bama before the AA game. He had been committed at one point but he decommitted. So they could have picked Bama.

That being said, I've given up any thought of Solomon ever playing in Athens, unless we schedule a series with Michigan.
