At this point, wherever he ends up he's been screwing with the fanbase and possibly coaches pretty relentlessly. Definitely one of the strangest recruitments I've ever followed.

I'm torn between thinking he knows exactly where he's going and is just messing with everyone, or he changes his mind 3x a day and doesn't have the filter to not shite on a school that may end up leading for him in another hour lol. Neither would surprise me.

Seems like this year's Derrick Brown, although Brown never went back and forth like Solomon. Brown just rarely said anything and you always got the feeling he wouldn't go to Auburn. At one time I thought Solomon would absolutely go to UGA. Now I'm not convinced.

When Brown said he was going to shock the world I knew he wasn't going to be a Dawg.

Never have I hated a phrase more than I do "shock the world." Man, sit your freshman arse down, ain't nobody in Malaysia shocked by your life decisions.

I don't know why we're fretting over losing Solomon. He's a nice player but we're acting like he's the next Trent Thompson or Ray Drew, etc. He would have been a good piece but we already have good depth at the position.

Also, I'm not so sure about the kid's maturity or character. To go on periscope and say "frick Michigan" and then commit to them? He doesn't appear to know what he's doing on top of all the purposeful misdirection and attention-seeking he's taking part in. He's a Gabe Wright Jr. I wish the kid luck, but I wouldn't want him on our team.

Decent chance he's the best DT in this class. All the other stuff is just noise

I don't know why I thought this because I know next to nothing about the subject, but I always felt David Marshall was going to be a serious player and was highly underrated. Turns out so far to be the case.

Just to clear things up this isn't the chain of events. He was committed to UM, then decommitted, then said "frick Michigan, the said "frick the Fans" and has not recommitted UM.

The other thing that is hard for me to grasp this year is the fact that we are bringing in 2 or 3 three and done Olineman. Have that ever happened before?

Because he's a 5* and best at his position in the state, and up there nationally, in a position of great need?

Kinda like how eason said "frick the dawgs" while on a recruiting trip to UF last year while committed to us?

I meant in terms of the amount of Stars Drew had, not his overall performance.

Everyone, just shut up about Solomon, he's a punk kid with a shitty attitude and showing symptoms of some real stupidity. He's going to end up like EJ Price.

He's not all world, he's not a program changer. He's a quality guy who adds some strong depth, he will not make or break this class, I don't care what Sentell says. I'd rather have Jamayest because we need an upgrade and depth at that position.

When they say they are gonna shock the world I immediately think they are going to pick someone not on their list...like GA Southern or Troy State.

Then all of a sudden they go where everyone is predicting them to go. So much for shock and awe.
