Warner

Looks like we're still firmly in it for Warner.

Well, if we miss now, it is because we might have cooled off earlier. Kirby and Tucker are visiting him at his house tonight, so sounds like he is a big target for us again....

I think he's a take now, but it sort of depends on how long he waits

Seems like we are going hard after quite a few guys which leads me to believe we will have some attrition that we haven't seen yet..

I can't see how Warner could pass up the opportunity to play at Stanford. If the kid has the grades, and wants a life after football, can't beat Stanford.

Also, Soloman seems to be that guys this year...just a GA boy who doesn't wanna stay home. Good luck to him.

So Collins and Bryant look to be the last solid2 that we have who are leans at this time?

Any new offers out yet for 3 stars or Jucos at DT?

Don't think that means he's a big target, more like our staff just covering their bases and not putting all their eggs in one basket. Definitely refreshing to see that.

I still think Soloman has been a silent commit to us for a long time and is trolling the shite outta these other schools Dark Lord Kirby has a plan.

This close to signing day and after the dead period, I would be upset if our HC and DC were meeting with a backup plan....

Kirby was in-house with Trevor Lawrence the day after dead period ended, despite that kid saying he didnt want to meet with anyone. Kirby isnt wasting time on people he doesnt want right now...IMHO of course.

I would assume this is in response to the news about Solomon but we will get Larrell Murchison, a JUCO DT committed to Ole Miss, on campus for an OV this weekend.

Murchison on what he brings to a DL, "I bring tackles for loss. I'm in the backfield every down. I'll go hard all the time and I bring a dog mentality to the defense".

He was originally scheduled to OV Houston but switched that to the good guys instead.

His JUCO team was 9-0 this past season, he was an All-American who tallied 41 tackles (18 for a loss) and 6 sacks.

We only have like 5 or so targets left on the board, should they just camp out in Lee County or outside Nico's house for the next few weeks? If Bryant has a change of heart it would be nice to still be in a good position to get Warner.

Perhaps, but his dad said he also wants to win, and his dads says they believe UGA will play for a national title within two years. That and the fact that he loves UGA. Too much is made of Stanford academics. It's a great school, but you can get great education at many schools, including UGA.

Mansel at 247 said he doesn't even think that Saban or Kirby will get to do an in-home with Solomon. Ain't looking good.

That sounds really bad. With Kirby's work ethic and with how impressionable this kid seems to be from the last person he spoke to, this would really surprise me though.

You can get a great education at UGA. Stanford is elite.
