Doesn't aww u with speed, but I like his quickness and vision. I'll take him if we have room.

page 420,

Any chance we take any croots from Tennessee after the OC change? Not sure how active their OC was in recruiting.

Yea that's what I was thinking. Can we put the full court press on Preston and flip him to the good guys?

I get the feeling that Preston loves UTk. I’m not sure a coaching change will affect that very much. It’s always worth a visit or call IMO. Immediate playing time AND Eason 2016 around the corner. Seems like a solid argument for UGA

Why does eveyone seem to think that Eason is going to come in and automatically start in 16?

To be fair, Eason will be the most talented QB on the roster at that point. I don't know how Schotty will handle it, but I think Eason probably would have been 2nd string his first year under Bobo but would have seen situational PT. Bobo really stressed having an in-depth knowledge of the offense above all else.

The kid is a damn talented qb but it is going to depend on how fast he learns the playbook.

He will be an Early Enrollee so that will help him out and plus he's going to be the best QB on campus so that helps too. He's a special kind of player and Schotty will find a way to get him on the field

Maybe but I don't see him coming in and starting year one. Just my opinion.

I see it, a kid that talented can get thrown in the fire and take his lumps, he'll have a solid running game behind him with good receivers and you have to think the defense will be stout so why not play him if he's the best QB on the roster.

His playing status as a freshman is immaterial to his impact on recruiting. I assume that is the thought process.

FWIW...Sam Maddens primary recruiter at Whiskey was Thomas Brown. When Madden couldn't get into UW cause of their fricked up admission system, I hope TB reached out with some guidance...

Only way we get P. Williams is if Azzani leaves UTk. Would pretty much lock up Allen for us, too.

This. And let’s not forget how this impacts the brand of UGA. It’s is a power move to secure the #1 QB from PAC12 country. It has to make UGA appealing to current and especially future prospects.

I agree on the impact on recruiting, but that's not what I was talking about.

I get it. I'm saying that most probably don't assume he's an automatic 4 yr starter. But when talking in "recruiting terms" you make that assumption because it helps your current effort.

He'll have little to no impact on future recruiting unless he proves to be legit QB- like Stafford.

Fat Matt wasnt a legit starting QB when he enrolled. If not for Joe Cocksucker we woulda lost to Colorado
