Here's an illustration of this: According to 24/7's team rankings, over the past nine years UGA has never had the SEC's best or second best class.
We might pull it off this year, and Richt did it a few times early in his tenure but we've been between 3rd and 6th in the conference every year since the 2006 class.

I saw that as well..along with grown arse men tweeting him purple and yellow hearts. Frickin' creepy... 
I want him to come to UGA just as much as the next guy but these adults tweeting kids about schools and saying weird stuff to them is really strange. I see every school has them but still..

It's part of the effort to discredit what Mark Richt has done. Even some of our own fans act as if Richt has had Alabama levels of recruiting success. We've recruited very well, but not better than our top competitors, and we've also kicked a lot of players off the team and handed out suspensions for things that go unpunished other places. Then we get a few injuries and suddenly we're short handed at a position.

Yes it will be telling to hear what Lowndes says after OVs. Apparently we sent a Troup of guys including Schott to see Preston Williams.

Yep we did and then right after we left UT went and visited. He's not going anywhere, they are on him like flies on $hit.

I know we can't keep all of the in state talent but will this new OL coach start locking down some of the top oline men in our state? Out of the top 10 I think we have one the kid from Marist I think it is. Not trying to dog Friend cuz I think he did a great job and we have missed Oline recruits way before he came but just a thought and wanted to see what everyone else thought?

There's no telling but I wouldn't worry too much about it. OL is a crap shoot at best. I'd bet at least one of the top three from Ga. don't pan out.
