Miami has kind of a tough schedule so their record may not bear it out, but they'll be better this year than they have in a while. The DL is legit, tanny has improved every season, they've finally got a few playmakers at WR, and lamar miller has finally looked like he can be a solid #1.
I'm not saying they're super bowl bound or anything but it wouldn't shock me in the slightest to see them make the playoffs.

Miamis first five or six games are VERY winnable. I have not looked beyond that though.
Saw today that the only QB with more than 30 starts they will face in the first five or six games is Fitzpatrick.
They face like four dudes with less than 2 starts. With that D it would not surprise me to see Miami 5-0 or 4-1 to start the year
EDIT: maybe it was wins, not starts...either way they face young qbs early.

the schedule is definitely backloaded. They could jump out huge in teh first half then lose damn near every game down the back.
The first 8 games they aren't going undefeated or anything but 6-2 is a real possibility. The last 8 games are:

those 8 don't look fun. That division is not an easy one. Then throw the NFC East in there. OUCH. Looks like they need to start quick. If they lose a few early the wheels could come off

it's not, but miami has probably the best chance (from mia's perspective) to win it in quite some time. I believe we're the last non-pats team to win it back in 08.
Brady is gonna miss 4 games (right?) and they could easily start 2-2. The jets are meh and although the bills have also been improving themselves nicely, they aren't head and shoulders better than MIA. Should be a fun season.
