We've not offered 5 of the top 25. We have 4 & might get 1-2 more at the most so 5-6 outta 20. so 25%-30% of the top 20. We've got 3 of the top 8...

I think Raekwon is out of the picture at the moment. Hell I'm kind of excited that we already have 3 of the top 10 players in the state commited. In my opinion the biggest factor that is going to sway these kids to us is to maintain a winning product consistently. We have to convincingly beat the good teams when the spotlight is on us. We can start by arse raping Clemson on primetime. I'm talking straight pounding, no reach around.

FWIW... we'll prolly be lucky realistically to get 1 more offa that list, we're long shots for everyone left, maybe Shaw. It's still only June... Small class & 5-7 high profile out of staters will do that....

I wouldn't be surprised if we land Carter and Shaw.
Shaw and Glass are very close and now that Glass has totally shut down his recruitment, I think we'll bring Shaw into the fold.
We straightened out some "misunderstandings" with Carter's family and we're right in the thick of it. Barton Simmons picked Carter to UGA today and Rusty Mansell very much thinks UGA has a good shot at him.

Some other staffs have been in Carter's ear telling him that UGA is not on par academically as some of the other top programs in the SEC; our staff showed he and his family around Athens and set the record straight.
