Well my sources in Cobb County have told me other wise. The primary reason he didnt come to UGA was because of how crowded our backfield is.

THIS. He wants to get PT. I am not saying for sure he would flip to UGA, but if Bama adds a 3rd he is gone

Is his recruitment over? Of course not. He's signed nowhere nor is he enrolled anywhere.

I never said it was over. I just think he ultimately signs with Bama.

I think the info you got on Jones was incorrect. Tyren Jones has stated he welcomes the competition at RB and quotes from him are the reason Bama fans knew we were taking 3 Rbs this cycle. If Henry signed with Bama he would get a shot at RB, but would be moved to H back eventually. He just doesn't wanna be a LB and H back is a pivotal role in the Bama offense.

I think BG13 is probably spot on with RF. Bama is in his heart and I think the trey mathews, wiggins, etc friendship is over blown. RF has plenty of friends at Bama and has family(cousin) there also.

He seems to make (best friends)rather easily, as now the lupa and troopa kids seem to be his best friends. At the end of the day RF will make the best decision for himself regardless of what other players do.

Hate to call you on your source or whatever DZ, but an uncle of TJ's is a prominent poster on BOL and said from day 1 when we started recruiting him he welcomes all competition and wouldn't care since before he committed he was told about 3 backs that being said, everyone knows that Henry won't stay at RB either at UGA or Bama, he just won't, much more suited for Bama's H-back or a WR or TE at UGA, he also knows this it's like the gorilla in the room, he is not an SEC caliber back, many flaws related to height and running style. Hate to tell you this but all we are hearing is even with Kamara if he picks Bama, but won't if we add Henry, or Henry, TJ is still sticking with Bama according to his uncle, he has confidence in himself to beat out whatever competition so we are being told no worries at all he is absolutely done, won't take any visits consider any schools etc, just letting you know what our side is hearing from a confirmed source who is a family member fwiw

What are you talking about? That statement made zero sense.

My source told me that TJ picked Bama because of our crowded backfield. I would assume adding a 3rd RB in the class would effect his decision, but I am more than willing to be proven wrong. It is a long way to NSD. And I am sure that the Finisher will be in TJ ear till then.

I will trust my source over what somebody said on a message board, BWB. Even if it is his "uncle".

If your source gets enough information he will be wrong eventually. Even coaches get it wrong sometimes. Kids change their mind, their opinions change, etc.

Ive had coaches tell me a kid was solid only to see him decommit within a month. I've had coaches say a player was too good not to recruit, but that they didn't like their chances only to see that kid commit months later.

NO source will ever be right 100% of the time - even if the source is the kid himself.
