Sooo Johnny O'Neal is jacked as hell for a kid who isnt even a Senior in HS yet

from what i gather it's because he doesn't do national camps. He has his HS film and has camped at UGA but other than that he doesn't do the ESPN and Under Armour sponsored camps in ATL. So 247 deduces major points because he doesnt compete head-to-head with the other top talent in the state.

Nah, I think it's more a money and travel issue. Dublin is by no means a wealthy part of the state, nor is it terribly close to Atlanta (Southeast of Macon). Grantham and Olivadotti liked what they saw and offered and that was his dream offer. alot of times it's because if they don't have any tape or anything they don't rate them or rate them lower than others.
