Basically, Liner, Wiggins, and Foster were all discussing UGA as far back as the Under Armour game and that's when interest started.
In short, Liner called Richt up and said he was very interested if Richt would talk to him. They have discussed his past issues and Liner will be making his OV this weekend and Wiggins will be there.
ETA: UGA is sitting very, very pretty on this one.
