Yeah you never really know what's going to happen, like Foster saying he was 100% committed then flipped almost the next day. I just get a different vibe from the quotes from Trey. I think we keep him.

But let me find his number and I'll just give him a call so we can chit chat. That's always ok right?

I will eat mountains of #crow if he's still saying that by December, but until then, I still think he signs with us.

The difference seems to be you are getting your info from an AUFamily "insider". Most of us on the UGA side are getting quotes straight from Tray's mouth via interviews. I have been around the recruiting game long enough to know that recruits talk out of both sides of their mouth's on occasion, but I just don't see Tray going anywhere, based on his interviews.

I'm not getting this from anyone on a message board fwiw

ETA: Though I am being more vocal about it because others are saying the same.

His mamma wants him at UGA; sure, there are cases like LC where it doesn't always work out but his mother loves UGA and wants Trey to keep his word. I'm about 99.9% sure he enrolls at UGA in January.

ok, gotcha.

After what I read on 247 last night, I have a hard time believing he ends up at AU. Tray just doesn't come across as the same type of personality as Rueben. Granted they are good friends, but I see Tray as the type that would not constantly be saying 100% UGA then turn around and call a PC. But if that happens I would be pissed, because he would have trolled us hard.

Foster seems really confident in Tray flipping.

Tray seemed confident up until about 2 weeks before Reuben flipped to AU that he was coming to UGA.

Foster never said he is confident in Tray flipping, if the interview after his game is what you are referring to. He named off 3 names of who he thinks is AU's next commitment and that he has a secret. If there is another Foster interview I missed I apologize.

You're right. He never technically said it. But when asked who our next commit would be he said either Tray or Adams. I think that would mean he's confident he'll flip.

And I'm not saying just because Foster is confident that it will definitely happen.

He even added in Alvin Kamara who, correct me if I am wrong, has said AU isn't a possible destination for him. It seemed to me Foster is hoping that his friends join him and he just named his friends names. Who the heck know with these crazy kids anymore.

He said maybe Kamara you never know. He was just tossing in Kamara because they're friends. He listed Tray with the guy that we already know is favoring AU heavily.

They've been saying this crap for a long time. Every article and interview with tray has him 100% to UGA. Until he says otherwise I'm not buying what a couple "insiders" say.

And what was with that gang sign sort of thing he did holding a 2 over his face. Seemed kinda suspect.

I have no idea. I mean he is committed to Auburn. That means he's a Thug POS right?

Well, we will see. Did the AU insiders really have a good feel about Ray Drew as well even though he had told UGA coaches the previous Spring to expect him in Athens?

At this point, I don't believe a word of what any recruit says, at least not publicly. However, the depth chart should look mighty inviting to any S coming in to UGA, and if he can't handle the fact that UGA is taking 4 S to booster some decent depth at that position, well that is his decision.

Also, I will never understand any rational human being choosing to live in a trailer in Auburn, AL, just waiting for the next tornado vs. getting down in Athens town.

I don't have a single friend who lives in a trailer here.

And I'm sure not everyone shares the same opinion on Athens and Auburn as you

I sincerely doubt that is the case. Granted most of the people I know in Auburn have a connection with the vet school, and pretty much every single one of them has lived in a trailer at some point. It is a running joke among us.
